PHO launches second client satisfaction survey

From March 13 to April 7, PHO clients and partners are invited to participate in our biannual client satisfaction survey. The survey asks for client feedback on our programs, products, services, and partnerships. Survey results will assess the level of general client satisfaction, and awareness and understanding of our programs and services so that we can improve and better meet client needs.

The Strategic Counsel, a nationally recognized public opinion and market research firm, is administering the survey on behalf of PHO.
