This webinar provides an overview of THCU’s 8 steps to policy development. This includes describing the problem, assessing readiness, developing goals, objectives and policy options, identifying decision-makers, building support, writing, revising, implementing and evaluating the policy. As we examine the steps, we address the 'how' and 'why' of each step and bring the most challenging steps to life with examples. To close, we identify quality sources for more information and tools and describe the THCU's customized consultation services.
