Trans-Northern Pipelines operates a federally regulated pipeline between Quebec and Ontario and the provincially regulated Alberta Products Pipeline between Edmonton Refineries and markets in southern Alberta. As a National Energy Board regulated company, Trans-Northern Pipelines is required to provide outreach to the various responders along its pipeline right-of-way. This presentation will provide an overview of the Trans-Northern approach to emergency preparedness and response outreach.
