The Ontario Public Health Convention (TOPHC) is hosted jointly by Public Health Ontario, the Ontario Public Health Association (OPHA), and the Association of Local Public Health Agencies (alPHa).

TOPHC 2015 is focused on Adapting to a changing world – how public health practice can anticipate, implement, and respond to changes in ourselves and others, in our environment, and in technology. By thinking critically of the intersections of these three areas and focusing on key goals and objectives, we can better chart a course forward in an ever-evolving public health world and produce better health outcomes for the populations we serve.

Each day of the three-day convention will be dedicated to addressing one of TOPHC's goals and objectives.

TOPHC aims to advance public health in Ontario by increasing the knowledge and skills in the workforce.  TOPHC attracts front-line public health professionals, such as health promoters, epidemiologists, public health nurses, physicians, public health program managers, policy makers, government stakeholders, and researchers. TOPHC includes an exciting mix of presentations that share new knowledge and educational workshops that build and refine practical skills
