This program will review the contents of the JCYH toolkit and what is available online to assist you in training others in your facility.
By the end of the day you will know how to:
- overcome barriers to proper hand hygiene
- improve compliance with hand hygiene best practices
- incorporate strategies to facilitate behaviour change.
