User Registration FAQs

I never received my account registration confirmation email.
If you have not received our confirmation email, the following reasons may apply:
  1. You may have mistyped your email address, in which case your account cannot be created. Please register again and provide you correct email address.
  2. Please check that our confirmation email did not land in your junk mail or spam folder.
My confirmation email link has expired. Can you send it again?
If you registered on our website but did not confirm registration, your account will automatically expire after 72 hours. You will need to register again on our site.
I have forgotten my password.
If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it here.
I have forgotten my username.
Your username is the email addresses you submitted to register your account with us. Please check your inbox for our confirmation email.
I cannot reset my password. Please send me my password.
For security reasons it is best practice to reset your own password. If you try to input your old password three or more times, the system will automatically lock you out for approximately 15 minutes. Please wait for 15 minutes and then reset your password.
Your new password must be at least 8 characters long and include:
  • At least 1 UPPER case letter
  • At least 1 special character (~!@#$%^&*_-+=`|\(){}[]:;"'<>,.?/)
  • At least 1 number (e.g. 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 0)
Please remember to note your new password for future use.
My account is locked. I keep entering my username and password but your system is not letting me in.

Can I change my username?
Your username is the email account you registered with us, and this cannot be changed.
Can I change my first and last name?
You may change your first and last name by logging in and going to My profile.” Please note that it will take 24 hours before your changes appear.
My password has expired. How do I reset it?
If you password has expired, you will be asked to change your password when you login to our website. To change your password, you will need to enter:
  • Old Password (your existing password)
  • New Password (enter new password)
  • Confirm Password (enter new password again)
If you have forgotten your old password, please reset your password.
