Public Health Ontario supports the research and growth of resources to implement and sustain antimicrobial stewardship across all health care sectors. See below for resources and initiatives supporting antimicrobial stewardship in practice.

To ensure alignment with our stakeholder needs and priorities, the Antimicrobial Stewardship Advisory Committee (ASAC) advises PHO on matters related to antimicrobial stewardship. ASAC is comprised of individuals with expertise and/or interest in antimicrobial stewardship from a variety of disciplines and practice settings across Ontario.
