Evaluation at a Glance

This webinar provides an overview of 10 steps in developing and implementing an evaluation. This includes planning an evaluation, developing good evaluation questions and indicators, understanding and choosing the best methods for your evaluation, and making the best use of evaluation results. As we examine the 10 steps, we address the ‘how’ and ‘why’ of each step and bring the most challenging steps to life with examples. To close, we identify resources for more information, tools and describe our customized consultation services.

Susan Snelling has been providing consulting and training on planning and evaluation for more than 15 years, including 10 years in a local public health unit setting.  Susan has a doctorate in psychology and holds the Credentialed Evaluator designation from the Canadian Evaluation Society.
