Campylobactériose

La campylobactériose est une maladie bactérienne courante qui entraîne des troubles intestinaux comme la diarrhée, des douleurs abdominales, la nausée et les vomissements. L’infection se produit au contact direct avec des animaux ou lors de l’ingestion de viandes rouge ou blanche insuffisamment cuites, de produits laitiers non pasteurisés ou d’eau contaminée. La plupart des cas sont bénins, mais l’infection peut causer de graves complications chez les patients très jeunes, âgés ou immunodéficients.
