This enhanced tool integrates whole genome sequencing (WGS) data for more precise identification of genetic links between cases and offers interactive, customizable visualizations to streamline analysis. With data filtering and weekly updates, OUT-TB provides timely insights to help public health units identify and monitor related cases of TB with greater accuracy.
