Physical activity plays an important role in the overall fitness and health of people of all ages. It helps to promote healthy growth and development, and prevent chronic diseases like obesity, cancer, diabetes, cardiovascular disease and more. Several behavioural, environmental and social factors can influence one’s participation in, and level of, physical activity. We provide expertise and support for the promotion of physical activity.
