Immunization Data Tool

Use this interactive data tool to explore and download immunization program surveillance data in Ontario. Information is presented in three sections:

• Routine immunization: contains data on the immunization coverage estimates for routine childhood and school-based immunizations from 2015/16 to 2024/25 school years.
• COVID-19 immunization: contains data on COVID-19 coverage estimates by age group and last dose status, as well as number of doses administered over time by vaccine products up to June 30, 2025.
• Vaccine safety: contains vaccine safety surveillance data collected from reports of adverse events following immunization (AEFIs) in Ontario from 2015 to 2024.
