How do I apply for a current job opportunity with PHO?

If you are an external applicant, click on the link that says “View Job Postings” which will direct you to our current opportunities. You will need to create a unique Workday login to apply for jobs.

Then, click on the title of the job you are interested in applying for. While in the job posting, apply with your basic information on the right hand side where it says "Apply ". You will then follow the screen for prompts to submit your application.

What features are available to me through Workday?

You can check your application status anytime, anywhere by accessing your Candidate Home account and logging in with your account credentials.

Here is a quick overview of the application statuses to help guide you:

Application Status What does it mean?
Received Your application was successfully received
Under Consideration Talent Acquisition is actively reviewing your application.
In Progress You are currently being considered for this position. We will update you shortly.
Not Selected for this Position We will not be moving forward with your application.

A recruiter will reach out directly if they want to further explore your application.

Introduce Yourself

If you don't see a job that interests you, you can submit a general application. We'll contact you if a job opens and we think you'd be a good fit. Just click Introduce Yourself in Workday and upload your resume.

How do I create a Job Alert?

Log into Workday and/or create a Candidate Home account. On the top right corner of the screen, select Job Alerts, then click on Create Job Alert button and enter the information required. Click Manage Job Alerts if you wish to add/delete or modify the frequency of any job alert.

What if I am having technical issues with submitting my application or have additional questions about the recruitment process?

How can I delete my Personal Information?

You may delete your Candidate Home account information at any time. To do so, log into your Candidate Home page and on the bottom right corner of the page, choose Edit Account Settings and click on Delete My Information. By clicking "Delete My Information" you are requesting that PHO permanently remove all personally identifiable information including name, contact information, personal information, and sensitive job application data. Your information is not automatically deleted by virtue of clicking "Delete my Information". PHO will contact you if there are any further questions about your request.

What Internet browser is the Career Portal most compatible with?

The career portal works most effectively with Chrome, but will also work with other browsers.
