Additional Precautions Signage and Lanyard Cards

PHO has developed standardized infection prevention and control signage and lanyard cards for hospitals and long-term care homes to assist with the implementation of Routine Practices and Additional Precautions and provide consistent visual messages about recommended additional precautions and PPE. These signs and card designs may be downloaded and printed. They are not available for ordering from PHO.

There are two options that were designed based on user feedback. One is based on the traditional stop sign many facilities currently use and the other uses a yield sign design. All products can be downloaded and printed.
