Access Water Test Laboratory Report

Enter the information below to download your water test report, one report at a time. If you have trouble accessing your report, please contact PHO's laboratory Customer Service Centre.

Reports are typically available 2 to 4 business days after the sample is dropped off. In order to access your results, you will need the barcode from the water collection bottle and the last name entered.

Please note: You can only access your test report online if you submitted an electronic form.
