Infectious Diseases Query
Infectious Diseases (ID) Query is a dynamic data exploration tool that provides aggregated counts of reportable disease cases from the past ten years, including the current calendar year. Authorized public health professionals can analyze trends by public health unit, disease, classification, year, month, age group, and sex. The data is updated weekly to ensure timely and accurate case summaries.

To request access, first register for MyPHO on our website.
