Immunization Data Tool

The Immunization Data Tool provides data on immunization coverage and vaccine safety, including trends over time, comparisons across public health units (including maps) and age groups. Users can explore and download immunization program surveillance data in Ontario. Information is presented in three sections:

  • Routine immunization: data on immunization coverage and exemptions for routine childhood and school-based immunizations from 2015–16 to 2024–25 school years.
  • COVID-19 immunization: data on COVID-19 coverage estimates by age group and last dose status, as well as number of doses administered over time by vaccine products up to June 30, 2025.
  • Vaccine safety: vaccine safety surveillance data collected from reports of adverse events following immunization (AEFIs) in Ontario from 2016 to 2025.

Check out our Vaccine Safety in Ontario infographic, which provides a visual summary of vaccine safety highlights from 2025.
