Health of the mother and child during pregnancy and the first years of life are crucial to healthy growth and development. This period begins prior to conception, through pregnancy, birth, post-partum period, infancy, and the first few years of early childhood. Pregnancy and childbirth have an important impact on the physical, mental, emotional and socioeconomic health of women and their families. PHO Rounds: An Overview of Youth Wellness Hubs Ontario: Measurement-Based Care, Data Snapshots, and Integrated Supports for Indigenous Youth

This PHO Rounds will provide a comprehensive overview of YWHO, describe the co-design of this model with youth (including Indigenous youth), and share learnings on the implementation of MBC including a current data snapshot. The session will share experiences and lessons learned on how the YWHO model is being used and adapted to support Indigenous youth and their families.
