Sexually Transmitted Infections (STI) Laboratory Data Tool

Sexually Transmitted Infections (STI) Laboratory Data Tool is an interactive tool that provides public health professionals with timely, anonymized laboratory data on gonorrhea and chlamydia to support decision-making in testing, treatment, prevention, and surveillance. Users can explore trends at both the public health unit and provincial level, with data available from January 1, 2010, onwards. The tool allows interactive data exploration across three key areas: testing patterns, co-infections, and antimicrobial resistance.

What's New – Effective September 8, 2025
The updated STI Query Tool offers a more secure, modern, and interactive platform for data analysis.

Key enhancements include:

  • Streamlined reporting: A single, consolidated report with three tabs: Testing, Co-infection, and Antimicrobial Resistance, replaces the previous 28 individual reports, making it easier for users to navigate between content.
  • Data export functionality: Users can easily export data from any graph in the report for further analysis.

Access to this tool is restricted to authorized public health professionals.
