Consistent with O. Reg. 671/92 of the French Language Services Act, iPHIS information on this page is only available in English because it is scientific or technical in nature and is for use only by authorized public health unit users and not by members of the public.

The integrated Public Health Information System (iPHIS) is an information system for the reporting and surveillance of Diseases of Public Health Significance (DOPHS) in Ontario.

This page contains resources that support public health units in completing these activities, including: user guides, which specify provincial data entry requirements and guidelines by disease, disease group or topic; supplementary quick reference documents; and bulletins, which establish common operational policies, procedures and data standards.
