Service Interruption (May 21-25)

As a result of a scheduled system upgrade, the following services will be unavailable from Thursday, May 21 at 4:00 p.m. to Monday, May 25 at 8:30 a.m.:

  • Water sample drop off
  • Submitting requisitions (including the Water Testing Portal)
  • Access to test results (via portal, phone, mail, email, or in person)

All services will resume on Monday, May 25 at 8:30 a.m.

We understand this interruption may cause inconvenience and appreciate your patience as we complete this upgrade.

Service Interruption: Most Clinical Testing Paused (May 22-25)

PHO’s laboratory system upgrade is in progress until Monday, May 25 at 8:30 a.m.

Most clinical testing, including needlestick testing, is temporarily paused. Only limited urgent and critical testing is being performed.

Routine results and status updates are unavailable until systems are restored. All services will resume on May 25.

We understand this interruption may cause inconvenience and appreciate your patience as we complete this upgrade.

Well Water Testing

Online Water Testing Portal

PHO provides testing of water samples collected from private drinking water systems, such as a wells, cisterns and treated lake water. We test for the bacterial indicators of contamination, E. coli and total coliforms.

This online Water Testing Portal provides a streamlined way to electronically submit your requisition and access your online report. Simply collect your sample, submit your information online, drop off your sample and access your online report.
